A t ranspor t theory is deve l oped f o r mixtures o f d i lute gases consist ing o f linear ro ta t ing d i a m a g n e t i c molecules in an external h o m o g e n e o u s magnet i c field. Th i s f o r m a l i s m is a d e q u a t e f o r a t r ea tment o f the Senf t leben-Beenakker ef fects f o r gas mixtures . Start ing po int is the s y s t e m o f l inearized W a l d m a n n S n i d e r equat ions . A c o m p l e t e s cheme o f o r t h o g o n a l expans ion tensors in v e l o c i t y a n d rotat ional angular m o m e n t u m is g iven , u p t o tensors o f th i rd rank a n d p o w e r . T h e m o m e n t m e t h o d is appl ied t o so lve the coup led system o f W a l d m a n n S n i d e r equat ions a n d t h e result ing sys tem o f t ransport re laxat ion equat ions ( T R E ) is s tated u p t o third rank tensor equat i ons .
